Muy bien, muy limpio, excelente servicio, atencion, descanso, volveria a venir

We had a wonderful time and hope to be back next year. Naylar on reception was so amazing and so helpful. The use of the beach club was the reason for choosing you and the shuttle drivers were fab. Also the doormen. Always polite. I was sad to leave. My only suggestions would be in terms of refurbishment as we had a few maintenance issues with handles falling off, the toilet cistern not shutting off creating an endless water leak and the air conditioner often smelt a bit mouldy / stale. The cleaning was good sometimes but things like coffee marks were left so having a cloth for us to use would be helpful (rather than wasting toilet roll). One final ask would be the possibility to hire a small fridge for water etc rather than keeping the Aircon on too low. But on the whole we hope to stay again. We couldn't eat in the restaurant as no vegan food offered.
